great rooms, clean and spacious

hip interiorsuite upgradefull kitchenspacious room
i found the interior design very hip. we received an upgrade to a suite due to denissei's kindness at the front desk, which i really appreciated. the suite was huge, bigger than many apartments i've seen. it included a full kitchen and living room.
the couch cushion covers in the room were slightly wrinkled, a minor thing.
Location
9/10
The hotel sits on a lovely tree lined street. It had many flower beds that i found visually appealing. it is only half a mile from the subway station and convenient for getting around. the waterfront is close by, perfect for a morning run.

Mixed Experience Due to Noise and Service Issues

loud musicunhelpful staff
The noise level was a significant problem . Loud music from an event continued late into the night. I also found the front desk staff unhelpful in resolving the issue. The overall level of service did not meet my expectations.

i really enjoyed the convenient location. it was easy to access manhattan via a nearby subway line. the staff were helpful and friendly . my room included a balcony with a view. this all.
i could hear the people pacing in the room above mine throughout the night. i hope they will fix this. perhaps better soundproofing is required.
Rooms

the rooms featured high ceilings and provided ample space. i appreciated the full kitchen and its layout. the room's decor seemed wonderful. this created a very comfortable environment for my stay.
